Caroline Blair began her pre-professional training at Community Ballet in Huntsville, AL at age 13. She furthered her training with American Ballet Theatre and the Joffrey Ballet. Upon graduating from the University of Arizona, she returned to Huntsville Ballet as a dancer and faculty member. Miss Blair originated the role of The Princess in Huntsville Ballet’s The Firebird, as well as dancing the Lilac and Violente Fairies in productions of The Sleeping Beauty, and numerous roles in The Nutcracker. She has also performed soloist roles in Romeo and Juliet, Balanchine’s Who Cares?, Paquita, The Magic Flute and many others.
